Holding Space for Meaningful Change

Modern & relatable therapy for young adults and adults in Chicago.

 Do you feel overwhelmed by…?

Anxiety affecting important relationships in your life?

We’ll work together to identify the root causes of your anxiety, uncover relational patterns and cultivate skills to help you experience the types of relationships you wish to have.

Instinct to be perfect or to put others’ needs ahead of your own?

Together, we’ll strive to understand how your past experiences impact your relationships, examining how perfectionism and the urge to please people are often strategies we adopt to protect ourselves.

Feelings of shame, guilt, or a harsh inner critic?

Getting to the root of what causes us to be self-critical or feel shame or guilt is so important. I utilize a body-centered approach to acknowledge the impact of any trauma you might have experienced on your body while providing you practical skills to help you regulate your emotions. By helping you ground yourself, you can better identify your needs, feelings, boundaries and desires.

Not knowing how or where to begin?

If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, defeated, or simply want to find yourself on a new and better path, please reach out. I want to help guide you on your therapeutic journey so you can show up fully for yourself and in your relationships.
